The bar and its adjacent high-top tables might feel a bit crowded for some people, so for a more relaxed atmosphere, sit in the sunroom or on the patio. Across the road, the sign for the iconic Mount Royal Tavern, a different bar in every way, is visible. We especially enjoyed our sliders-three to a serving-which came with an order of solid fries. I am not a drinker but with the sheer mass selection of craft beers available, he walked my fiancé through all of her likes and dislikes with the knowledge of a sommelier! We inquired about the menu which was a bar based theme but in my opinion, upscale in quality.Walk into The Brass Tap in Midtown Belvedere and you may get the feeling that you’ve been there before. We sat ourselves and were greeted quickly, non alcohol drink orders placed and then that's when Kevin entered the picture. But overall the service we received during the Thursday night Raiders/Chiefs game was spot on! Look, if you're looking for a fancy restaurant with prim and proper service, this may not be your cup (or pint) of tea so to speak.
